About the Founder
Alecia has been in the veterinary industry for almost 30 years. This experience includes veterinary technician, nursing manager, practice manager and director of operations in corporate groups. She can offer you firsthand knowledge from working in the trenches with teams. Also, if you want some of the benefits of corporate knowledge without being part of a corporate group, then she can assist. The ultimate mission is to help veterinary practices achieve their goals and thrive.
Cadi's Logo
The logo for ADR Veterinary Consulting came from an adorable dog that came into the family in 2016. She was a severely malnourished case that entered the Specialty Hospital that Alecia managed.
This sweet face won the hearts of many so she was ultimately adopted and brought home. She lived a wonderful life playing with her toys and cuddling. Unfortunately, in 2025 she developed an hemangiosarcoma that ruptured and she crossed the rainbow bridge.
She is the driver for the consulting group to help support more hospitals in their missions.
